The goods travel at risk and danger of the Purchaser also when free delivered. Shipment delays caused by circumstances beyond our control in ant case can not be subjected to claim for damages from the customer and shall not entitle to refuse the goods or cancel any order.
No claims or returns of goods will be accepted after 8 days from delivery date. Possible returns of goods must be always authorized and delivered free of transportation charges.
Goods recognized defective will be replaced, it without any modification or tampering, within 12 months from date of despatch.
The warranty is limited to the replacement of the contested parts and excludes all labour charges or other incidental or consequential damages. Any products for warranty claims must be accompanied by detailed technical explanation and must be returned free of charge.
The warranty can not cover failures or damages caused by a different utilization respect the applications indicated in our catalogue, or improper installation, excessively long utilization or consequently to a road accident. For the consumption material (brake parts, filters, clutches, etc.) the validity of the warranty is subject to mileage covered.
In case of insolvency or delay of the payment terms we will charged interest of the rate of 5% in more respect the official rate.
Any disputes will be submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bologna Court.
Above said condition are fully and implicitly accepted by customers as on verbal as on written order
